Scandinavian love

Despite never (yet) having been there, I've always been completely smitten with everything Scandinavian. Their design aesthetic is so clean and neat yet kind of extrovert in a way too. I love it! So you can imagine how much dribble is now on my keyboard after having found this beautiful tumblr site full of amazing Swedish homes and beautiful objects. If you're like me in your loves then go forth and Ahhh.

Stationery Fix // Moglea

As with this time of every year I watch the blogs showing off the latest treasures of the National Stationery Awards with all consuming eyes (and a little bit of envy at the lucky folk who get to go... one day!) This year I was especially taken by the lettering and letterpress work of a new letterpress studio called Moglea. Simple and cleanly designed cards of lovely with envelopes to boot.

Dropping the balls

Lately I've been struggling with the juggling act of bambino/work/life and sleeeeep*... and so sadly this dear space has felt the brunt of neglect. I have hope that as soon as our little fella learns to sleep (yep, apparently sleeping is a skill that needs to be taught!!) that things will be easier. In the meantime please forgive my absence and don't give up on me. pretty please.
