The lovely Sarah of Brainchild illustrations is both work playmate and illustrator extraordinaire! I love every piece she does as there is such an expressive and organic feel to it all (along with a healthy dose of quirk). She is one VERY talented bean!The gorgeous illustrations below were inspired by 1970's photographs of her parents - I love that every face looks as though it has a great tale to tell...
Sarah's website is full of other treats... the class of '66 project - hilarious yearbook portraits and annotations - is one of my favourites! I highly recommend having a peek (& you can also contact her to buy prints).
